EMPLOYEE-LED GROUPS
Our Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led, and a critical part of our global SurveyMonkey culture. They provide a space to build community and connect over shared interests, experiences, or goals.
All are welcome to join any group.
BUILD (Blacks United in Leadership and Development) fosters the welfare and professional growth of our Black community and allies. We promote community partnerships, leadership development, and educational opportunities for all.
CARE (Community, Advocacy, Respite, Education) provides caregiving resources and community for all employees. We welcome anyone looking for support or information on balancing a career with family and caregiver responsibilities.
Mosaic is a hub for our diverse, multicultural Asian and Pacific Islander community, as well as allies. We work to nurture connections, empower professional development, and strengthen everyone’s workplace experience.
Neurotopia focuses on creating a workplace where anyone can thrive. We provide encouragement and community for neurodivergent individuals and allies, and invite all employees to learn about neurodivergencies.
The Queerious aims to create an accepting and inclusive environment that serves the needs and interests of all employees and the surrounding communities, regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation.
Unidos works to unite our Latinx/a/o employees and allies. We celebrate our diverse cultures, support everyone’s professional journey, and provide educational resources so anyone can learn about the Latinx/a/o community.
WIN (Women's International Network) promotes equal opportunities for cisgender women, transgender women, nonbinary people, and allies. We empower all employees with resources for career development, mentorship, and personal growth.
Our Diversity, Inclusion, and Impact Groups (DIIGs) drive locally-relevant events, programming, and training to foster an inclusive work environment in their office and local community.
